My friend, Kyomi, bought me chocolates from “Confiseri Du Plessy Pralin” last month.
I was studying on that time, she gave me it as a present for my effort.
It was so nice chocolate.

Dashi (Basic Stock)

Japanese people use “Dashi” a lot for Japanese food.
I usually use instant dashi stock because it is easy and save time to make “Dashi”.
